Something just a touch different for Mintage Monday this week!
Even when a game doesn’t have currency, sometimes it can still be a worthy candidate for metal coins.
Let’s face it: the VP chits in Race For The Galaxy are ugly as sin, and horribly designed for easy recognition across a table.
The moment I got the game, I started looking for a replacement. I found the perfect metal VP tokens in these “Credits” coins from Fantasy Coin!
They’re generic sci-fi enough to be inoffensive, but pretty enough to be a perfect fit! I’ve added them to both Race and Roll For The Galaxy, and once I get my copy of New Frontiers, they’ll go into that, too!
