Montana‘s a game that wouldn’t normally have been on my radar. Once it started floating to the top of a lot of people’s want lists, I found out this light-ish worker-placement race game was right up my alley.
Luckily, at that very moment, Big Kid Games was printing the Montana Heritage Edition! I was already on board with all the other awesome components, but once I saw the metal coins it was an absolute lock!
Coins with a historical U.S. theme are rare, and these coins are absolutely fantastic. Beautiful, thick, heavy, well-designed. Now I only wish Big Kid Games would sell them a la carte so I could buy two sets to fill in my copy of Great Western Trail!
